Our Arcadia Recycling Center is a unique drop-site for residents and businesses to dispose of their recycling material. With educated Hilltopper staff onsite at all times of operation, your questions will be answered in a timely and professional manner.

Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 1:00pm - 4:30pm

Thursday: 1:00pm - 6:30pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 12noon

Monday & Sunday: Closed

Acceptable Materials for Recycling

Reliable recycling of your waste is a commitment we take seriously, and we strive to provide eco-friendly green solutions for over 60% of the refuse we handle. Our material recovery facility in Arcadia offer recycling of:

Mixed glass (clear and colored, labels can stay on)
Mixed paper (office paper, newspaper and magazines)
Cardboard (must be broken down)
Mixed plastic (#1 and #2 in BOTTLE FORM ONLY)
Tin (aerosol cans, canned goods, paint cans)
Cartons (milk, broth, wine, ice cream - must be rinsed)

We also accept, for a nominal fee, hazardous specialty items that include light bulbs, (incandescent, fluorescent, ultraviolet, and more), appliances, electronic waste (computers and computer components), mattresses and box springs, used oil & filters, batteries and clean #6 polystyrene (styrofoam).
